Our team is looking for someone that is energetic, punctual and ready to hit the ground running as we begin our exciting events season. The job of the public relations and event coordinator is to keep everything moving. To keep up with everything “social” and handle our day to day tasks.

Job Tasks Include:

  • Coordinate media opportunities
  • Develop press releases
  • Create media lists/spreadsheets
  • Work with team for new media opportunities
  • Creating email marketing content
  • Develop content for social media accounts across platforms
  • Handle grassroots campaigns/deliveries/meetings
  • Coordinate Aspects of the Event such as volunteers and other services needed with the help of the team
  • Vendor Outreach for events
  • Vendor Coordination


  • Excellent writing skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal skills
  • Great attention to project details, keen organization, ease of multi-tasking and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sincere enthusiasm and demonstrated professionalism
  • Ability to work individually and to be a collaborative team player
  • Some weekends/early mornings and late nights required
